Austin Bay, PhD, author of Cocktails from Hell: Five Complex Wars Shaping the 21st Century, for an impromptu book signing in early 2019. Never a dull conversation at the bar when our regulars are foremost experts on topics in military history.
There isn’t a lot it needs to overcompensate for. Its offerings are pretty straightforward, in the best way: traditional wings or country, golden, grilled or smoked, with over 20 different sauce options.
